Open-source, modular, and built for SMBs that want enterprise-grade tooling without enterprise licensing. We've implemented Odoo across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and services. From a single accounting module to a full deployment across ten functions.
Odoo isn't a single ERP — it's a connected suite of business apps. You pick the modules you need today and bolt on more as the business grows. Everything shares the same database, the same UI, and the same automation layer.
Pipeline management, quote-to-cash, signed quotation PDFs, customer portal. Plays directly with inventory and accounting.
Indian chart of accounts, GST returns, e-invoicing, bank reconciliation, multi-currency. Built to match how Indian CAs work.
Multi-warehouse, batch and serial tracking, barcode scanning, automated re-order rules, drop-shipping, transfers.
Bill of Materials, work orders, shop-floor control, quality checks, maintenance. Strong out-of-the-box for discrete manufacturing.
Attendance, leave, recruitment, appraisals, India-compliant payroll with PF/ESI/TDS handling.
Drag-and-drop site builder, B2C and B2B catalogue, customer login portal, integrated payment gateways, blog and SEO controls.
Most ERPs make you commit to the whole platform on day one. Odoo lets you start with a single module — accounting, or inventory — prove value, then expand. The licensing is per user per module, so cost scales with usage, not with bravery at the negotiation table.
One module live, working, integrated. The rest can wait six months. Or two years. Your call.
The Community Edition is fully open. We've forked, customised, and self-hosted Odoo for clients who needed control. No vendor lock-in.
Odoo Online for fast starts. Odoo.sh for managed cloud with custom modules. Self-hosted on AWS or your own server when sensitivity demands it.
Indian localisation is mature — GST, e-invoicing, e-way bills, TDS, Indian payroll. We extend it where needed.
Most ERP platforms claim manufacturing support. Odoo's MRP module is one of the few that genuinely delivers it for mid-sized Indian manufacturers — and where we've shipped the most successful go-lives.
Forecast demand, plan production runs, schedule against work-centre capacity. Auto-create work orders from sales.
Multi-level BoMs, phantom assemblies, byproducts, version control. Routing across multiple work centres with operation times.
Tablet kiosks at each work centre, barcode scanning, real-time work-order status, operator self-reporting of times and quantities.
QC checkpoints during production, non-conformance handling, preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown tickets.
No big-bang go-lives. We map your processes, configure module-by-module, run parallel against your existing system for two weeks, then cut over on a weekend. Quarterly reviews keep the system aligned with the business as it changes.
1–2 week process mapping. We sit with your team, document workflows, identify the first module to launch.
Modules configured, custom fields added, data migrated from Tally / Excel / legacy systems. Weekly demos.
Role-based training, parallel run, weekend go-live. Two weeks of post-go-live hyper-care.
Monthly support from day one. Quarterly reviews to plan the next module — and the next.
Straight answers on pricing, Community vs Enterprise, GST, timelines, and exit — including when Odoo isn’t the right call.
A single module — typically Accounting or Inventory — fully configured for your business, with real data migrated from your existing system, your team trained, and two weeks of post-go-live support. Example: Odoo Accounting at ₹75K means chart of accounts set up to match your business, GST configured, six months of Tally data migrated, five users trained, plus hand-holding for the first two weeks. A complete working module, not a trial.
Community is free, fully open-source, and covers most SMB needs. Enterprise adds Studio (no-code customisation), VOIP, MRP-II features, IoT integrations, and the official mobile apps — and charges per user per month. We recommend Community for most clients under 25 users with standard processes, and Enterprise where you need Studio or the advanced manufacturing features. We walk through it on the scoping call.
Yes. The Indian localisation handles GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), HSN codes, e-invoicing via the IRP, e-way bills, TDS deduction, and Indian payroll with PF, ESI, and Professional Tax. We extend the localisation where needed — most often around state-specific quirks or industry-specific taxes.
Single module: 4–6 weeks. Connected suite (3–5 modules): 8–14 weeks. Full deployment (every function): 3–6 months. The biggest delays come from data clean-up — getting your existing master data ready for migration is usually the longest phase.
Your data is yours, exported in standard formats (CSV, SQL dumps) on request, at any time. Because Community is open-source, you can self-host indefinitely without us. We provide handover documentation for any future team or vendor.
Yes — and it's a real advantage when you do. The Odoo website builder shares the same database as your inventory, sales, and CRM. So a customer placing an order on your website creates a real sales order in Odoo, decrements stock, generates an invoice, and notifies the warehouse — without any middleware. We've built B2B portals, B2C stores, and content sites on Odoo's website module.
